Do you have heirlooms?  Well consider using them as props in your photos.  It's a great way connecting your family's special  memories, heritage or interests.  As a newborn photographer, I love incorporating your family's heirlooms.  To me it just makes it extra special and tailor made for my clients.  So if you have anything you want to include, for example, grandpa's first football, baseball glove, grandma's wedding dress, pearls or a family bible, an American flag, music sheets, vintage camera, anything that is sentimental to your family lets use it in our session.  It can even be something that was yours as a child.  Here are some images where I used family heirlooms.
